2002 INDIANA
Friday 12th July (3:45 am) to Tuesday 16th July
The bus pulls out of Memphis and I had hoped to sleep a little before arriving in Princeton but I guess I was too excited to sleep. So far my journey has taken me through 11 states …. California, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky and Indiana.
Met up with Kam and of course she was just like I had imagined her to be. Settled in and then went off driving around Princeton. We have a few days here before we set off to Murfreesboro and the wedding. Princeton is a lovely little town, very pretty and quiet and Kam’s home has a lovely setting with a huge front and side yard. Of course the pool was most welcome with the heat.
For the next few days we did this and that and had a wonderful relaxing time. I discovered certain shops and I found out what was meant by a ‘Widow’s Walk”.

This picture is taken when we came back from Florida and it is Kam waving goodbye to me as I set off to the Big Apple. The last two pictures are from my stop in Indianapolis.

Thanks Kam I had such fun with you everywhere we went. Until the next time!
